We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from EverythingMate. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as personal care products and final sale items cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
